Q. How can I create an account? How do I sign in to my account? How do I change my password?

A. You will be prompted to create a new account as you complete your first order. You may also find the account homepage. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the account homepage to reset your password. 

Q. How can I view my previous orders?

A. Visit your account homepage. Your order history is listed in chronological order.

Q. How can I download my purchased files?

A. All digital products are emailed to the address associated with your Simply Tiffany Studios account. To find that email:

  1. Search for an email from SendOwl Downloads <noreply@sendowl.com>, our digital download fulfillment service. The link to each product you purchased can be found in that email. 
  2. Wait at least 5 minutes. While the download link should be sent to you automatically and immediately, technology sometimes takes its sweet time.
  3. Check your spam. 
  4. If the above fails, Contact Us. We'll email you your private download link during our business hours.

Q. How do I use digital products, templates, and tools to make scrapbook layouts? 

A. We recommend joining the Scrapaneers Society Beginner's Academy to learn all the basics for digital scrapbooking.
